Disposition versions
54.2. Every retailer referred to in section 45 that operates a retail establishment reduced to an area of less than 375 m2 or that ceases to operate a retail establishment referred to in that section must, at least 15 days before the reduction becomes effective or the establishment ceases operations, notify every producer in writing.
